TCC Group Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that TCC's Suao cement plant is currently undergoing annual maintenance and kiln shutdown. A fire occurred on the conveyor belt at the plant on November 21, 2025. On December 5, 2025, the company received a notification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Ministry of Labor, stating that the shutdown area is the rubber belt conveyor area used for processing wood chips within the Suao cement plant.
The plant voluntarily suspended operations in this area on November 21, 2025. The scope of the notice will not affect the plant--s normal production. Annual maintenance at TCC?s Suao cement plant is expected to be completed, and production is scheduled to resume on December 11, 2025.
This incident is not expected to have a significant impact on TCC?s financial position and business operations.
