Tata Consultancy Services Limited (NSEI:TCS) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Coastal Cloud LLC from Sverica Capital Partners V managed by Sverica Capital Management LP and Salesforce Ventures, LLC for $700 million on December 10, 2025. A cash consideration of $700 million will be paid by Tata Consultancy Services Limited.
The transaction is subject to approval by regulatory board and Hart-Scott-Rodino antitrust approval. The expected completion of the transaction is January 31, 2026. Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP acted as a legal advisor to Coastal Cloud. Guggenheim Securities, LLC acted as a financial advisor to Sverica Capital Management.
