Tata Consultancy Services Limited proposed final dividend of INR 31 per share for the full year ending March 31, 2026 to be approved at the Annual General Meeting. The AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on June 9, 2026. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed May 25, 2026, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The final dividend, as may be declared by the shareholders at the AGM, will be paid on June 12, 2026, subject to deduction of tax at source, as under: a) To all Beneficial Owners in respect of shares held in dematerialized form as per the data as may be made available by the National Securities Depository Limited and the Central Depository Services (India) Limited as of the close of business hours on May 25, 2026.
