Tabuk Agricultural Development Company announced that the Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 13/11/2025G (corresponding to 22/05/1447H), resolved to appoint a Managing Director for the Company. In the same meeting, the Board decided to assign Mr. Abdullah Hamoud Fallah Al-Salhi (Independent Board Member) to undertake the duties of the Managing Director and to amend his membership classification to Executive Board Member, effective from the date of the Board?s resolution. The Chairman and Board Members wish Mr. Abdullah Al-Salhi continued success and prosperity.

Mr. Abdullah Al-Salhi holds a Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University (2008), and an Executive Master?s degree in Strategic Planning from the British Board (2018). He also completed the Future Leaders Development Program at Harvard Business School ? USA.

He is recognized as an exceptional executive and strategic leader with extensive experience in agriculture, organizational development, operational performance improvement, and digital transformation. Mr. Al-Salhi has held several leadership positions in the private sector, including at Al-Watania Poultry Company, where he led strategic and operational planning, performance management, productivity enhancement, process re-engineering, and digital transformation initiatives. He also contributed to organizational restructuring, cost reduction, and job evaluation at Al-Jomaih (Pepsi) factories, the Saudi Research and Marketing Group, and Tabuk Agricultural Development Company.
