Startup Investments (Holding) Limited announced a private placement of 2,916,666 compulsorily convertible debentures at a price of INR 240, including premium of INR 140 per CCD for the gross proceeds INR 700,000,000 in a round of funding on November 26, 2025. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Info Edge (India) Limited to retain 100% stake in the company. The transaction is approved by board of directors of the company.
The transaction is expected to close with in 30 days of certain approvals.
