Startup Investments (Holding) Limited announced a private placement of 700,607 compulsorily convertible debentures at a price of INR 214.10 each including premium of INR 114.10 per CCD for the gross proceeds of INR 150,000,000 in a round of funding on March 23, 2026. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Info Edge (India) Limited to retain 100% stake in the company. The transaction is approved by board of directors of the company.

The transaction is expected to close with in 30 days of certain approvals.
