-- Audio streaming company Spotify is planning to raise its subscription prices in the U.S. in the first quarter of next year, according to a report by the Financial Times, citing three unidentified sources.

-- The price hike in the U.S. will mark Spotify's first increase in the country since July 2024, the report said, noting that the company has since increased prices for other countries such as the U.K., Switzerland and Australia.
