Slab Ventures B.V. announced that it has entered into share subscription and shareholder?s agreement with new investor, Radico Khaitan Limited for 47.5% stake in the company on August 12, 2025. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of Radico Khaitan Limited.
