SK Gas Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A018670) agreed to acquire an additional 11.13% stake in Dongbu Power Corporation from The Korea Development Bank for KRW 16.6 billion on December 11, 2025. A cash consideration of KRW 16.56 billion valued at KRW 9999 per share will be paid by SK Gas Co., Ltd. As part of consideration, KRW 16.56 billion is paid towards common equity of Dongbu Power Corporation. Upon completion, SK Gas Co., Ltd. will hold 66% stake in Dongbu Power Corporation. In a related transaction, SK Gas Co., Ltd. is acquiring stake in Ulsan GPS Corporation.
The expected completion of the transaction is December 24, 2025.
