SJVN Limited at the Board of Directors meeting held on May 15, 2026 recommended a final dividend of INR 0.35 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General
Meeting. The final dividend is in addition to the interim dividend of INR 1.15 per equity share declared in February 2026, for the Financial Year 2025-26, and will be paid within the statutory period as prescribed in the Companies Act, 2013.
