The board of directors of SJVN Limited at its meeting held on October 9, 2025, approved the appointment of Shri Shailender Aggarwal as the Chief Internal Auditor of the Company. Shri Shailender Aggarwal has been appointed as the Chief Internal Auditor of the Company. Shri Aggarwal holds B. Com (Hons.) and MBA (Finance) and brings over 33 years of public sector experience.
He has served in several key finance and audit roles across Corporate Office, project sites, and the Internal Audit Department. His expertise, inter alia, includes investment management, financial concurrence for tenders, salary and establishment, trust management, statutory audit coordination.
