Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited Board of the Company has recommended the payment of a final dividend of HK 5 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2025 (2024: HK 4 cents). Together with the interim dividend of HK 5 cents per share paid, the total dividend of the year amounted to HK 10 cents per share. Subject to the approval by the shareholders of the Company at the AGM to be held on 17 June 2026, the final dividend will be paid to shareholders on 20 July 2026 whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 2 July 2026.
