SIG plc announced that it has received notice from Ian Ashton of his resignation as the Group's Chief Financial Officer, in order that he may take up a new role at TT Electronics plc. Ian joined SIG as CFO in July 2020. A process is underway to identify a successor as CFO.
Ian will remain in his role for a period of up to six months.
