People & Organisation of the Company, effective close of business hours of December 31, 2025, as she has decided to leave the Company to pursue opportunities outside of Siemens. Ms. Sabine Schneider is appointed as the Head ?

People & Organisation of the Company, effective January 1, 2026. Ms. Sabine Schneider brings close to 30 years of rich and diverse experience in People and Organisation, of which 25 years plus have been with Siemens. She has held various leadership roles across Learning, People Development, Talent Management and Business Partnering in both Europe and Asia (Singapore).

Her career spans global organizations, including Bosch and Schering in Germany, where she contributed in various Human Resources capacities before joining Siemens. She currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Talent Management in Siemens Mobility GmbH since 2018. Her cross-cultural expertise and strategic HR leadership have consistently driven impactful organizational transformation and talent growth.

She holds academic degrees in Psychology and Mathematics from Phillips University and Justus Liebig University in Germany. She is also a certified expert in Organizational Development, trained at the Hephaistos Institute in Munich. Mr. Rajiv Suri will cease to be the Head - Environmental Health and Safety of the Company, effective close of business hours of December 31, 2025 as he is superannuating from the Company.

Ms. Sweta Praharaj is appointed as the Head - Environmental Health and Safety of the Company, effective January 1, 2026. Ms. Praharaj brings over 18 years of diverse experience at Siemens spanning project planning and execution, business controlling and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS). Transitioning into EHS in 2018, Ms. Praharaj has worked on global EHS projects and has been instrumental in shaping governance policies and procedures, implementation of digitalization initiatives and has led critical crisis management initiatives - including COVID-19 response strategy.

She holds degrees in Commerce and Law, complemented by a certification in Business Administration and is NEBOSH IGC trained. The role of Head - Strategy & Sustainability, currently held by Dr. Anantharaman Subramaniyan, will be categorized as Senior Management effective January 1, 2026. Dr. Subramaniyan has over three decades of experience in the electrical capital goods space, serving a wide range of clientele in Industry, Infrastructure and Utility sectors.

During his tenure at Siemens, he has handled business portfolio from low voltage devices to large gas turbines in the South Asian markets covering India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh. He has also played active advocacy role with Govt. of India, its central institutions, and state utilities to promote domestic procurement & make-in-India.

In his Sustainability Head role he drives a comprehensive sustainability roadmap aligned with business objectives and global standards and also ensures adherence to local, national, and international environmental laws and ESG reporting. He holds a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Gold Medalist), a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Business Management. He has also completed executive education and leadership programs at IIM Bangalore, IIM Ahmedabad, ESMT Berlin, and Darden (USA).
