Technology firm SHT Smart High-Tech has recruited three seasoned leaders across project management, production, and product development as part of its strategic scale-up, according to a press release.

Among the new hires is Patric Erlandsson, who joins as Head of Project Management. He most recently served as Head of Sales and Marketing at Sivers Semiconductors.

Rodney Brewster, who brings extensive experience from the automotive industry, primarily with Volvo Cars, takes over as Production Manager and Site Manager.

Finally, Dag Andersson has been appointed Head of Technical Coordination within R&D. He joins from RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, where he held several senior management positions in electronics packaging and applied research.
