ServiceNow Inc. (NYSE:NOW) is in advanced talks to acquire five-year-old security startup Veza(Veza Technologies, Inc.) for more than $1 billion, The Information reported on November 26, 2025, citing people familiar with the discussions. The move would bolster ServiceNow?s push into security and AI-powered enterprise services, building on earlier deals such as its acquisition of the AI-assistant firm Moveworks earlier this year, the report said. The potential deal follows a recent funding round in which Veza was valued at about $808 million, reflecting strong investor interest in its identity-first security platform as concerns grow over AI-driven cyber risks, according to the report.
