SATS Ltd. refers to the announcement dated 9 March 2010 in relation to the establishment of the SGD 500,000,000 Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") by the Company on 9 March 2010. On 4 December 2020, the maximum aggregate principal amount of the notes which may be issued from time to time pursuant to the Programme, when added to the aggregate principal amount of all notes outstanding pursuant to the Programme, was increased from SGD 500,000,000 to SGD 2,000,000,000. The Company announced that the Programme has been terminated with effect from 3 October 2025.
