Saint-Gobain signed an agreement with Airvance Group, a leading player in the HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) industry, for the sale of its ventilation distribution business in the Nordics on April 9, 2026.
With sales of €415 million in 2025, 950 employees and 62 outlets, the ventilation distribution business is a leading player operating in 3 different countries with Bevego in Sweden, Ventistål in Norway and Øland AIRFORCE in Denmark.
The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of May, subject to the completion of the information and consultation procedure with the relevant employee representative bodies.
This operation is part of Saint-Gobain's strategy to further strengthen its business profile, in line with its "Lead & Grow" plan.
