Saatvik Green Energy Limited announced that, in consonance with the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2026, has approved & appointed the following: Ms. Jyoti Verma (Mem No.: FCS-7210) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Key Managerial Personnel with effect from April 23, 2026. Mr. Rishabh Mehtta (Mem No.: FCA-171170) as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from April 23, 2026 (based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee). The Board also took note of the transfer and change in role and responsibilities of Mr. Vaibhav Bhardwaj, Chief Operating Officer (designated as Senior Management Personnel) of the Company, to Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited .
Consequently, Mr. Vaibhav Bhardwaj shall cease to be designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on April 30, 2026. Ms. Jyoti Verma is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and Law Graduate with over 20 years of extensive experience in corporate laws, regulatory compliance, andcorporate governance, primarily with large listed and group entities across manufacturing, FMCG, hospitality, logistics and Agro chemicals. She has extensive expertise in SEBI Listing Regulations, the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations (Takeover Code, Buy-back, ESOP, ICDR, Insider Trading) and FEMA-RBI frameworks.
Her experience covers corporate structuring, mergers, demergers, acquisitions, JV, and post IPO compliances. She has also handled CSR, ESG and BRSR reporting, IEPF and dividend matters, and regulatory interactions with SEBI, MCA, RBI, and stock exchanges. Most recently, she served as Head - Legal, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at EPACK Durable Limited, a listed entity with turnover exceeding INR 21,000 million, where she led all legal, secretarial, and compliance functions, managed post IPO requirements, and successfully facilitated an international joint venture.
Prior to this, she held senior leadership roles as Group Company Secretary /Chief Compliance Officer with reputed listed organizations such as Lemon Tree Hotels Limited and KRBL Limited (India Gate Basmati Rice- flagship brand). Her earlier assignments include senior positions with Dhanuka Agritech Limited, BC Jindal Group, Cosmo Group, A2Z Group, Simbhaoli Sugars, among others. Mr. Rishabh Mehtta is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over ten years of professional experience and is also a CFA Charter holder.
He has worked with the renowned Chartered Accountants firm, C. B. Chhajed & Co., where he independently handled statutory audits and tax audits of various listed entities, private companies, banks, and insurance companies. He possesses strong expertise in income tax matters, corporate affairs, and has rendered services as a Virtual Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mehtta has also been associated with the IPO listing team of Tara Jewels Ltd., contributing to the successful execution of the public offering.
