Rua Gold Inc. is a Canada-based gold exploration company. The Company is focused on prospective land packages in New Zealand’s historic gold districts, the Glamorgan Project on the North Island and Reefton Project on the South Island. The Glamorgan Project is a 3.8-kilometer (km)-long zone with classic surface features of an epithermal gold-silver system. The Glamorgan project consists of the Glamorgan tenement EP 60950 within the Hauraki Goldfields, spanning 14,964.8 hectares, situated on New Zealand’s North Island. The Reefton Goldfield hosts orogenic gold mineralization and deposits. The Reefton Project has approximately 120,000 hectares of tenements in a district that historically produced over 2 million ounces of gold grading between nine and 50 grams per ton. The Project includes six main targets, which include Northern Area, Capleston Area, Murray Creek Area, Ajax Area, Crushington Area and Southern Area.
