RITES has received a work order from the Public Works (Roads) Directorate, Government of West Bengal, to provide consultancy services as Project Management Consultant for the construction of a proposed four-lane extra-dosed bridge over the Muriganga River, including approaches connecting Kachuberia (Sagar Island) with Kakdwip in the South 24 Parganas district. The scope of the contract includes entire design and construction supervision as Authority Engineer for the project. The contract is domestic in nature and is scheduled to be executed over a period of 48 months.
The total consideration for the order is INR 45,18,86,400 excluding GST.
