The Board of Directors of RH Petrogas Limited announce that Mr. Chang Cheng-Hsing, Francis, Group Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of the Company, has confirmed that he will be retiring as Group CEO, and consequently will cease to be an Executive Director of the Company, when his current contract ends on 31 December 2026. The Company has engaged a reputable international search firm specialising in the energy sector to initiate a global search for a new Group Chief Executive Officer. The Company will provide further updates in due course.
Mr. Chang first joined the Company in 2010 as the Vice President, Exploration and Production, following a 30-year career with US based majors and independent oil companies. He has held his current position since 2014, during which time he made significant contributions to the Group's growth and strategic direction. The Board of Directors wish to acknowledge Mr. Chang's long and dedicated tenure with RH Petrogas and record their appreciation for his service during this period.
