She holds Degree Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Information Systems University of New South Wales. Working experience and occupation In October 1994, Ms Teoh Joo Shin began her career as a consultant at Accenture (formerly known as Andersen Consulting) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia until January 2000. In August 1999, she founded Zen Chrisi Floral Designers, a floral design school specialising in the training of floral arrangement techniques.
In January 2000, she co-founded Silver Spider Solutions Sdn. Bhd. where she provided web design services to various clients.
In September 2002, she founded One Red Lily Sdn. Bhd. where she provided floral decorating services for various events until her resignation from the company in December 2008.
From January 2014 to June 2021, she worked as a part-time account's executive at Messrs Teoh &Teoh, a law firm in Selangor, where she assisted in maintaining the firm's accounts. From October 2021 to August 2022, she worked at EASY Consulting Sdn. Bhd.
as a consultant where she prepared sustainability reports and advised on corporate strategy. Since September 2022, she has served as a business development executive at MIS Academy (M) Sdn. Bhd., where she helped to establish the company in its early stages and continues to expand its portfolio by exploring partnership opportunities and participating in project tenders.
In December 2024, she obtained her Train-the-Trainer Certification, and in September 2025, she obtained her Training Needs Analysis Certification, both from the Human Resources Development Corporation.
