Raymond Lifestyle Limited announced appointment of Amit Agarwal as President Chairman Office, Senior Management Personnel of the Company, effective December 03, 2025. Mr. Amit Agarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a finance professional with over 34 years of extensive experience in Steel, Aviation and Energy sectors, having worked as a CFO of leading organizations, across various geographies. He has also been a partner with the CEOs to run the business efficiently and ensure the value creation and unlocking, within the regulatory framework for the shareholder.
He has a proven track record of working with large corporations facilitating a total turnaround of business. Mr. Agarwal joined Raymond group in the year 2020 as a Group CFO. He was able to manage the company sail through the tough COVID-19 period and make it a sustainable entity.
He was instrumental in demerger of lifestyle and realty business and their listing. He has lead the divestment of FMCG business, acquisition in engineering business including aerospace business and ensured that Company achieved zero net debt position. During his tenure Company's market cap has raised more than 10 times.
Apart from this, he has handled many other important projects.
