With over 23 years of diverse experience in plant breeding, germplasm development, and product innovation, he has contributed significantly to advancements across maize, rice, millets, wheat, mustard, sunflower, and cotton. Dr. Devender has held key roles at organizations such as Nuziveedu Seeds Ltd., Bayer Crop Science Ltd., Monsanto Holdings Pvt.
Ltd., and Mahyco. He combines deep expertise in plant breeding, genomics, data science, and R&D information technology to drive the creation of next-generation breeding and research ecosystems.
