Rallis India Limited informed that Mr. Narain Duraiswami (DIN: 03310642) vide letter dated September 18, 2025, has submitted his resignation as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, due to increasing demands on time and professional commitments. Consequent to the resignation, he also ceases to be a member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Risk Management Committee and Executive Committee of the Board of the Company with effect from September 18, 2025.
