Rallis India Limited at its board meeting held on July 14, 2025, announced that the Board of Directors has agreed to relieve Ms. Subhra Gourisaria from the services of the Company as the Chief Financial Officer, effective July 24, 2025, in view of her joining another Tata Company. Further, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors, at its Meeting held today, have appointed Mr. Bhaskar Swaminathan as the Chief Financial Officer, effective August 7, 2025. Mr. Bhaskar Swaminathan is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years of extensive post- qualification experience across diverse industries.
He currently serves as the Business Finance Head - India at Tata Chemicals Ltd., a role he has held since 2020. Over the course of his career, Mr. Swaminathan has held leadership positions at Can-Pack India Pvt. Ltd., Syngenta India Ltd., Volkswagen Group, Sterlite Industries, IHCL, among others.
