Mr. Tisdale is an accomplished resource financier and exploration-focused company builder with more than four decades of experience founding, funding, and advancing mineral projects. The Company also announced the resignation of Kelsey Chin as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in order to focus on other endeavours.
