According to the communications giant, the merger "creates a global platform capable of delivering measurable results by connecting brands to their audiences across sports and culture, powered by the combined strength of Publicis' technology and data."

A division of WME Group, 160over90 is one of the world's largest creative and sports marketing agencies, with over 670 employees across the United States, the United Kingdom, EMEA, and APAC.

The agency will be integrated into Publicis Sports and will leverage the group's proprietary technology and Epsilon data, amplified by media capabilities, to establish the first globally connected platform dedicated to sports and culture.

This acquisition follows the ongoing expansion of Publicis Sports, coming on the heels of the 2025 acquisitions of Adopt and Bespoke, the recent partnership with Magic Johnson Enterprises, and the launch of Influential Sports. The deal remains subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
