PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk or ANTAM held Annual General Meeting of Shareholder for Financial Year 2025 in Jakarta. As part of the Company's commitment to creating added value for shareholders, the AGMS 2025 approved the distribution of dividends amounting to IDR 5.04 trillion or 70% of the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent of the Company . Meanwhile, IDR 2.16 trillion or 30% was allocated as retained earnings to support business development, strengthen business fundamentals, and finance the implementation of the Company's various strategic projects going forward.
PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk is an Indonesia-based mining company. It is engaged in the business of mining various types of minerals, and of mining-related industry, trade, transportation, and mining sector services. The Company operates through three segments: Nickel, Precious Metals and Refining, and Bauxite and Alumina. Its Nickel segment comprises ferronickel and nickel ore products. The Precious Metals and Refining segment comprise gold and silver commodities, as well as precious metals processing and refinery services. It operates an underground mine containing primary gold and silver minerals in Pongkor, West Java. The Company's bauxite is produced from the Tayan bauxite mine in West Kalimantan, operated by the West Kalimantan Bauxite Business Unit. The mined bauxite is utilized as feedstock for the Chemical Grade Alumina (CGA) plant in Tayan. Its subsidiaries are Asia Pacific Nickel Pty., Ltd, PT Emas Antam Indonesia, PT Mega Citra Utama (MCU) and others.
