SAO PAULO, June 10 (Reuters) - Brazil's state-run oil firm Petrobras said on Wednesday it has entered into a deal with Equinor Brasil to acquire a 50% stake in the Itaimbezinho block in the offshore Campos Basin.

The consortium will comprise Equinor as operator with 50%, Petrobras with 50%, and PPSA as manager of the production sharing contract, Petrobras said in a securities filing.

The value of the deal was not disclosed. Completion of the transaction is subject to government and regulatory approvals, Petrobras said.
