Coinbase Global, Inc. announced that on April 7, 2026, Paul Clement informed Coinbase Global, Inc. that he will not stand for re-election to Coinbase's Board of Directors when his current term expires at Coinbase's 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The Board anticipates that it will reduce the size of the Board from ten directors to nine directors, effective upon the expiration of Mr. Clement's term at the conclusion of the 2026 Annual Meeting.
