(Alliance News) - Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena Spa announced on Friday that Raffaele Oriani has joined the Risk and Sustainability Committee.

Oriani takes over from Stefano Di Stefano, who resigned from the bank following an insider trading investigation in which he is implicated.

MPS shares closed down 1.9% on Friday at EUR8.19 per share.
