Telecommunications equipment provider Nokia has unveiled an agentic AI framework within its Network Services Platform, according to a press release.

The framework enables operators to deploy AI agents that base their decisions on real-time network data and can execute actions within predefined security and policy guardrails.

Nokia also highlighted a new AI-driven troubleshooting agent designed to help operators identify root causes more rapidly, reduce operational disruptions, and resolve complex IP network issues with greater reliability.

The solution is expected to be commercially available by the end of the year.
