(Alliance News) - CPI Property Group announced on Friday that Next Re SIIQ Spa shares will be delisted from Euronext Milan starting from the June 12, 2026 session, following the completion of the voluntary total takeover bid launched for the company.
The offeror confirmed that it will not restore a free float sufficient to ensure regular trading and will proceed to exercise its squeeze-out right on the remaining 228,076 outstanding shares, representing approximately 1.04% of the share capital.
The consideration paid to shareholders will be EUR3.00 per share, matching the offer price. The joint procedure for the right of squeeze-out and the fulfillment of the purchase obligation will take effect on June 12.
As the company explained in a statement, Borsa Italiana Spa will suspend the stock during the June 10 and 11 sessions, while the delisting will become effective from June 12.
