Newgen Software has appointed Kashish Daya Kapoor as its Global Chief Human Resources Officer. Kapoor brings nearly three decades of experience in human resources. She was previously associated with NEC Corporation India, where she led the HR function.
Over the course of her career, she has held senior roles across organizations such as Tata Communications, IBM, ING Vysya Life Insurance and Oriflame India, building expertise in aligning HR with evolving business priorities. In her new role, Kapoor will be responsible for leading Newgen's global people strategy, with a focus on talent development, organisational agility and creating a future-ready workforce.
