This concludes the legal proceedings initiated in 2024 concerning the delivery of refueling equipment and services.

The parties state that the dispute has been resolved amicably and that they continue to see opportunities for future cooperation within the hydrogen industry.

For Nel, the agreement entails a settlement cost of 7.5 million dollars. The company emphasizes that the deal eliminates future legal costs and reduces litigation risk in the US.

For Cavendish Hydrogen, the agreement involves a settlement cost of 3 million dollars, but the company assesses that it does not affect its forward-looking outlook.
