Presently, Maryann T. Mannen is Chairman for The Awty International School Houston and Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President at Marathon Petroleum Corp. She is also on the board of Owens Corning, MPLX LP and MPLX GP LLC and Vice Chairman & Secretary at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. In the past Ms. Mannen held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Executive VP of TechnipFMC Plc and Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President at FMC Technologies, Inc. (a subsidiary of TechnipFMC Plc), Controller-FoodTech Group at FMC Corp., Finance Manager at Sheller Globe Corp. and Director-Investor Relations for FoodTech International, Inc. Maryann T. Mannen received an MBA and an undergraduate degree from Rider University.
