On March 26, 2026, Mouvement d?éducation et de défense des actionnaires announced that it has submitted shareholder proposals, requesting the Company to 1) take measures to protect the organization and prevent risks related to the disengagement of all types of investors, who are often individual retail shareholder and 2) produce a report on the use of artificial intelligence in high-level decision-making, risk assessment, and credit underwriting, in connection with the annual meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on May 7, 2026. In addition, Mouvement d?éducation et de défense des actionnaires stated that following discussion with the Company it has agreed that the proposal regarding a proposal to produce a report on the use of artificial intelligence in high-level decision-making, risk assessment, and credit underwriting would not be submitted for a shareholder vote.
