Molson Coors Beverage Company (NYSE:TAP) agreed to acquire Atomic Brands Inc. for $275 million on March 23, 2026.
As part of the integration, Molson Coors is retaining more than eighty members of Monaco?s sales team.
The deal is subject to the satisfaction of closing conditions, and the transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks.

Molson Coors Beverage Company specializes in the production and marketing of beers. The products are sold under the brands Coors Light, Miller Lite, Molson Canadian, Carling, Staropramen, Coors Banquet, Blue Moon Belgian White, Blue Moon LightSky, Vizzy, Coors Seltzer, Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy, Creemore Springs, Hop Valley, etc. The group also develops an under-license beers brewing and distribution activity under the brands Heineken, Dos Equis, Moretti, Sol, Strongbow cider, Peroni Nastro Azurro, Cobra, Corona Extra, Beck's, Bavaria, Lowenbrau, Redd's, etc.
At the end 2024, Molson Coors Beverage Company has more than 30 production sites worldwide.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: the United States (67.3%), the United Kingdom (11.8%), Canada (11%) and other (9.9%).
