Modison Limited at its board meeting held on December 2, 2025 declared payment of Interim Dividend of INR 2.50/- (@250%) per Equity share of INR 1.00/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 (1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Monday, December 08, 2025, has been fixed as `Record Date' for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The payment of such dividend shall be subject to deduction of tax at source, as applicable and shall be paid on/after Tuesday, December 09, 2025.
