  • We build and maintain an efficient Quality Management System (QMS) supported by digital technology, across the entire METRO organisation based on risk assessment, local specific market needs and international standards.

  • We work with selected and qualified business partners to offer safe, legal and compliant products and services to our customers with the focus on our Own Brands, Ultra-Fresh product assortment and delivery services.

  • We work with our customers to develop our Own Brand assortment and evaluate Own Brand products to ensure we have the right understanding of our professional customer needs & expectations, which is key to grow - for our customer and us.

  • METRO employees understand the importance of product quality and safety for our customers` business, which is ensured by regular employee trainings.
