Metal Energy Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is focused on advancing the Highland Valley Copper Project, strategically located in copper-producing regions and immediately adjacent to Teck's generational Highland Valley Copper Operations. Alongside Highland Valley, the Company is also engaged in advancing its Manibridge project, enhancing its portfolio in critical minerals' exploration. The Highland Valley Project spans 240 square kilometers (km2) in southern British Columbia. The Project is located approximately 180 kilometers (km) from Vancouver and 50 km from Kamloops. The Manibridge Project is located in the Thompson Nickel Belt, Manitoba, Canada. The Project encompasses about 4,368 hectares (ha) and is located 20 km south of Wabowden, Manitoba. It also operates SourceRock, a drill-ready project that encompasses approximately 91,477 ha within the Proterozoic Sibley sedimentary basin, Thunder Bay-Nipigon area, Ontario.
