Mastek appointed Amit Gajwani as Chief Operating Officer of the company (designated as Senior Management Personnel) with effect from May 18, 2026. Further, Mrs. Prameela Kalive, the current Chief Operating Officer of the Company, shall step down from her role as Chief Operating Officer. She shall, however, continue to be associated with the Company for the purpose of facilitating a smooth transition and handover of responsibilities.

Mrs. Prameela Kalive shall superannuate and accordingly cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from June 30, 2026. Brief profile of Mr. Amit Gajwani: Mr. Amit Gajwani is a senior global business leader with 28+ years of experience in driving growth, strategy, and large-scale operations. Most recently, he served as Head of Europe, UK and Nordics at LTM Limited, leading one of the company's strategic and third-largest business units.

He was instrumental in building the Europe business unit ground up, shaping it into a high-growth vertical with a strong market presence. He was responsible for end-to-end business growth, delivery, and client relationship management across multiple industry verticals. His leadership delivered sustained double-digit growth through disciplined execution and expansion of key accounts.

Prior to this, he led the Media & Entertainment and Travel, Transportation & Hospitality verticals, with strong portfolio performance under his leadership. He brings deep expertise in managing large, complex portfolios with a strong focus on revenue growth, margin improvement, and client relationship building. Prior to LTM, he served as Executive Vice President at Cybage, where he led global sales and business development while also overseeing key delivery portfolios and strategic account management.

In this role, he played a pivotal part in driving expansion into new markets, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent delivery excellence across accounts. His leadership spanned both sales and delivery, integrating strategy, marketing, and operational functions to scale the business and deepen client engagement. He is an alumnus of COEP Technological University, where he earned his Engineering degree, and is based in Pune, India.
