Marine Biomedical announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to receive AUD 1.05 million from new investor Orthocell Limited on October 19, 2025. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. Orthocell Limited increase its stake from 1.72% to 11.70%. The investment is contingent on Orthocell securing first right of refusal in relation to the global
distribution rights to Marine Biomedical?s products.
