Mankind Pharma Limited announced that at the board meeting held on May 19, 2026, took note of the resignation of Mr. Pramod Gokhale, Global Chief Information Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on May 31, 2026. Accordingly, Mr. Gokhale will also cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, with effect from the aforesaid date.
