Lumax Auto Technologies Limited, on the basis of the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular Resolution have, on March 5, 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Pooja Minocha as the Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from March 5, 2026. Consequent upon the joining of Ms. Pooja Minocha, Mr. Suresh Kumar Dwivedi (Assistant Vice President - IR & Admin), who is presently nominated as Senior Management Personnel, will cease to be considered as the Senior Management Personnel with effect from March 5, 2026, however he will continue to act as Assistant Vice President - IR & Admin of the Company. Ms. Pooja Minocha is a Commerce Graduate and holds a Master?s Degree in Business Administration (HR) from Institute of Technology & Management (ITM), Mumbai.

Ms. Pooja has worked as Global Director with organizations such as MSD India (Merck), Advanz Pharma and Bharti AXA Life Insurance. Her last employment was with Bata India as their CHRO & Vice President. Ms. Pooja possesses over 22 years of global experience in the Human Resources function and brings in deep expertise in HR and OD strategies, executive compensation and talent development.

Her capability and expertise, combined with strong business acumen and leadership abilities have enabled her to successfully navigate complex and challenging environments, translating strategic vision into practical, value-driven goals that enhance organizational effectiveness.
