Linde India Limited at its AGM held on August 14, 2025, approved declaration of dividend of 120% (i.e., INR 12.00 per equity share) inclusive of a special dividend of 75% (i.e., INR 7.50 per equity share) on the Equity Share of INR 10.00 each of the Company, for the financial year ended 31 March 2025.
