Linde India Limited has announced that Mr. Neeraj Kumar Jumrani has tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue other career options. His resignation will be effective close of business hours on February 15, 2026. In view of the above, he shall also cease to be the Key Managerial Personnel authorised for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s) in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations with effect from the close of business hours on February 15, 2026.
Mr. Jumrani has confirmed that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than the above.
