Kunlun Energy Company Limited dividend policy of the Company from time to time, and provided that the Company remains profitable and continue to maintain sufficient working capital, it is envisaged that for each of the financial years ending 31 December 2026, 2027 and 2028: the annual dividend payout ratio will be not less than 50% of the profit for the year attributable to shareholders of the Company as set out in the consolidated financial statements of the Group for that year, and the total dividend amount for such year will be not less than the total dividend amount actually paid to the shareholders for the financial year ended 31 December 2025; and dividends will be declared twice for a financial year, i.e. an interim dividend and a final dividend.
